Pam Bondi has been fired and may now be facing Florida Bar Council complaints
Pam Bondi did all of Donald Trump’s lawless, unconstitutional, and unethical bidding. She tried to prosecute Trump’s perceived enemies, she violated federal law by refusing to publicly release all of the Epstein files, she weaponized and misused the power of the Department of Justice in all ways large and small in service to dear leader.
But clearly it wasn’t enough. Trump just introduce Bondi to the undercarriage of a bus, firing her after little more than a year as his attorney general/consigliere.

On April 1st, a federal judge allowed Representative Eric Swalwell’s civil lawsuit against Donald Trump to proceed — ruling that Trump’s January 6th speech was an unofficial act, not a presidential one. Under the court’s reasoning, Trump was campaigning, not governing. And you don’t get presidential immunity for campaigning.
Swalwell’s lawsuit — filed in March 2021 alongside other members of Congress and Capitol Police officers — seeks civil damages for the trauma caused by the January 6th insurrection. With this ruling, it moves forward. That means depositions. That means discovery. That means people around Trump telling the truth under oath about what they knew and when they knew it.
