Trump Could Be Held Accountable if he Violates the Law
The Supreme Court ruled that Trump has immunity if he can claim he was carrying out an official duty. As the chief law enforcement officer, Trump has a constitutional duty to uphold and follow the laws and constitution.
IMO, if it can be proven that he broke any laws or violated the constitution while trying to claim he was carrying out an official duty, he could be personally sued and held accountable.
For example, Trump broke the law and engaged in Human Right abuses when we sent people to El Salvador without due process so I think he and all responsible should be sued for BILLIONS.
I think this should be tested in a court of law for every unlawful action he’s taken since he was sworn in as President since January 20, 2025.
