Ballot stuffing is a form of electoral fraud in which a greater number of ballots are cast than the number of people who legitimately voted. However, when pursued systematically, across a great number of polling stations, ballot stuffing leaves a fingerprint.

Per a post on YouTube from a retired math teacher @dianeweaver3928; “I’m a retired math teacher who has taken a lot of statistics. The most important clue that I think people are missing is that a candidate’s percentage should not rise or fall linearly depending on precinct turnout. Most voters don’t change their vote because the polling place is crowded or fairly empty, for instance. Turnout percentage and candidate vote percentage should be a flattish scatterplot. It should neither rise or fall appreciably as you scan the graph from low turnout to high turnout precincts. The slope of the line should be zero or close to zero. The fact that Trump’s percentages tend to go up with higher turnout in thousands of precincts in many states shows something strange is going on. The fact that there was a “de-minimus” software update (with no subsequent testing) before the election makes me think a backdoor could have been inserted in the tabulating software to cause addition of votes as turnout rises. Some counties in Florida had significantly more voting voters than registered voters!

Because each state gets two senators irrespective of population, states such as Wyoming have as many seats as California, despite the latter having more than 60 times the population. Smaller states also tend to be the more rural and Republican. So the majority is not receiving equal representation in the Senate.
• According to 2018 Census Bureau estimates, more than half of the US population lives in just nine states but is represented by only 18 Senators. Less than half of the population controls about 82 percent of the Senate.

Jeb Bush promised to “Deliver Florida” to his brother as reported in numerous newspaper articles.

Secretary of State, Katherine Harris and Governor Jeb Bush had the motive and the means to make sure Florida’s decisive electoral votes were “delivered” to George W. Bush.

They accomplished this by illegally purging thousands of black voters off of the Florida voter rolls, ensuring an unfair advantage to George W. Bush, as shown in the above video.

Fitrakis, who wrote a book “What Happened in Ohio: A Documentary Record of Theft And Fraud in the 2004 Election”, explained that the combination of computer hacking, ballot destruction, and the discrepancy between exit polling (which showed a big Kerry win in Ohio) and the “real” vote tabulation, all point to one answer: the Republicans stole the 2004 election.

“A 6.7% shift in exit polls does not happen by chance. So we have irrefutable confirmation that what we were saying was true and that every piece of the puzzle in the Ohio 2004 election was flawed,” Wasserman said.

CNN reports how Republicans used “dirty tricks” to Rig Three (3) 2020 Florida State Senate Elections with Dark Money and 3rd Party Phantom Candidates.

(Per the article below from CNN) “A month before Election Day in Florida a mysterious company called Proclivity, Inc. contributed $550,000 to a pair of newly formed political action committees in the state. Two days later, the money flowed from the PACs to an Orlando-area print and advertising firm.

Shortly thereafter, came a torrent of nearly identical political fliers seemingly intended to siphon away support from Democratic candidates by tricking voters into casting their ballots for purported spoiler candidates who demonstrated no real interest in getting elected. None, for example, engaged in typical campaigning activities or raised significant funds.
In one case, the mailers appear to have helped a Republican—a co-founder of Latinas For Trump—unseat the Democratic incumbent in a state Senate race by a razor-thin margin of just 32 votes”.

 

DISENFRANCHISEMENT OF VOTERS

Republicans continue to pass laws which make it difficult for Minorities, Young People, the Elderly and Women to Vote. A Judge who has been voting for 49 years couldn’t vote in her own courthouse where everyone knew her because of repressive Republican Voter ID Laws in Texas.

REPUBLICAN RIGGING ELECTIONS BY GERRYMANDERING

 

Most Americans have never heard of Gerrymandering and are unaware that Republicans has rigged elections in their favor for years to come through gerrymandering.

In 2009, Republicans injected $30 million, much of it from dark money, often targeting vulnerable blue state Democrats in races that wouldn’t otherwise draw a lot of national funding. This resulted in landslide state wins for Republicans. In 2010, they began hyper-gerrymandering every state they took control of. The plan was called REDMAP

This how Republicans has been able to hold majorities in the House of Representatives and in states which they captured in 2010 and is one of the many unscrupulous tactics they use to hold onto power against the will of the majority of Americans.

 

Through Gerrymandering, Republicans has made it almost impossible to be removed from office in some districts. Since they feel safe from being removed from office, they have no motivation to compromise. They are pursuing radical right wing agendas such as cutting assistance to the poor, cutting planned parenthood funding and passing anti-aborting “War on Women” legislation when the majority of Americans do not support these actions.

 

Republicans are destroying democracy by Gerrymandering districts. As you can see from the graph above, a disproportionate number of Republicans were “elected” in relation to votes cast.

Trump ended 2017 with 91 golf course visits and was just shy of 100 visits in Year 1 as President. In his second year as President, Trump played golf 76 times.

Reproductive freedom, civil rights, environmental justice, common sense gun safety laws, and our right to vote are all at risk. And the Court is eroding confidence in our system of government with ethical lapses and lack of transparency.

Republicans lost the popular vote in all but one of the last seven presidential elections. But they have appointed five of the last six picks to the Supreme Court, based on the support of GOP senators who represent less than half the American people.

More people voted for Democrat Gore & Clinton so the “Will of the People” has been violated by the appointment of Conservative Justices, a fact you never hear discussed.

The MAJORITY voted for Al Gore in 2000 by over 500,000 votes yet George W. Bush was crammed down the American Majority’s Throats. The election was STOLEN by the Electoral College, PLUS Florida Republicans illegally purged thousands of minorities off voters rolls and vote counting was stopped by the Republican Majority Supreme Court.

The installation of George W. Bush caused the deaths of thousands of Americans and Iraqis due to the misguided and unjustified war with Iraq. Trillions was added to the National Debt due to George W. Bush’s incompetence.

If we minded our own business like Switzerland we would be liked a lot better by people all over the world. There would have been no Vietnam, no 9/11, no Iraq and no Afghanistan.

If it weren’t for the trillions of dollars wasted on the military and trillions spent on past failed wars such as Viet-Nam, Iraq, Afghanistan and others… plus ridiculous Republican “Tax breaks for the Rich” we wouldn’t be 20+ Trillion Dollars in debt. There would also be PLENTY of money for Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Healthcare and our crumbling infrastructure.

 

Since 2001, the United States has been spending 900 Million a week in Afghanistan. Republicans has no problem spending trillions on the military, bombs and wars, but they want to cut programs like food stamps, medicare, social security, etc which benefits regular Americans and the poor.

Republicans “conservative” ideologies, values and thinking is rooted in the past. The same is true with their ideas about our military.

We don’t need more Bombs, Ships, Planes or any of the ridiculous Military items Republicans has no problem wasting tax payer’s money on. Because most countries have nuclear weapons, “mutually assured destruction” makes most of the items used by the military in the 20th century obsolete.

Electrocution is legalized torture and painful beyond description.

Since the late 1880’s and until about 2008, the Electric Chair was used to execute condemned people. The United States was the first country to use such a horrendous method to kill people and is one of the very few countries to use such a horribly barbaric method.

This is the most painful way to die imaginable… being burned alive. There have been debates that death by electrocution may even kill the condemned person’s soul since the brain uses minute electric impulses. It could even cause someone to suffer through eternity for all we know.

It is important to remember that since our justice system is flawed, many innocent people have been tortured to death by this unspeakably painful method.

Despite the horror of Death by Electrocution, a heartless Florida State Republican Representative, Brad Drake from Eucheeanna in North Florida, sponsored a bill in 2011 to eliminate lethal injection and bring back what he called “Old Sparky” – the electric chair.

LACK OF EQUAL JUSTICE AND REPRESENTATION IN CIVIL CASES IN THE UNITED STATES COURTS

If your poor and need a lawyer in the United States in a civil case such as lawsuits, child custody, divorces, getting out of an abusive relationship etc, your screwed. Most attorneys demand $250 just to talk with them for one hour. Then the costs can be $200 per hour and up. Most people don’t have that kind of money.

Promoting equal, meaningful access to legal representation in the U.S. justice system is critical to ending poverty, combating discrimination, and creating opportunity.

We have a court system which doles out harsh prison sentences for drug offenses, allows murders to be found innocent and finds innocent people guilty.

Many people think of the United States as the “Land of the free” when in fact, the US incarcerates more people than any other country in the world… even more than China.

With more people being incarcerated in the US than any other country on earth, the US ought to be called “The Land of the Imprisoned”.

Privately run prisons have become cash-cow enterprises in which there are financial incentives to incarcerate as many people as possible. There have been cases in which judges got kick-backs for incarcerating teenagers (more examples). Privately run prisons is an example of Capitalism and our Justice System gone amuck.

And plenty of people have argued that the highest court in the land ought to be subject to some of the restrictions that lower-level U.S. courts and top courts in other countries already have in place. “Every place else in the world they have age limits or term limits,” says Paul Carrington, a law professor at Duke University.

The five most recently retired Supreme Court justices averaged more than 25 years apiece on the bench. That’s nearly triple the nine-year average tenure of the court’s first five justices.

A Supreme Court Justice term should be for no longer than 8 years. Anyone appointed should non-political and not affiliated with any political party.

 

THE US GOVERNMENT IS BLOATED AND WASTES MONEY

The number of agencies contained in the United States Federal Government is mind boggling. Here’s a list of US Government Agencies.

It seems to me that at least 1/2 could be closed. If we were to stop wasting money on these agencies and cut military spending by at least 3/4, there would be a lot more money to help the poor & homeless in this country.

 

This graph shows why military spending in the U.S. is out of control and must be cut substantially. Cyber security should be our top priority in the 21th century.

 

IRS SHOULD BE ELIMINATED

The IRS should be eliminated. If we would close at least 1/2 of US Government Agencies, cut the Military budget by 1/2, use a sale tax or funding from States to fund the federal government, we would no longer need the IRS.

The US Government is bloated and major cuts need to me made.

 

POLITICAL PARTIES SHOULD BE ABOLISHED

Having political parties polarizes and divides this country and it is leading to our destruction – “United we Stand… Divided we Fall“.

We are incredibly divided thanks to political parties.

Each person who runs for any office should run as an American citizen. Eliminating political parties would make those who serve accountable only to the citizens they represent. No more Billionaires, lobbyists and special interest buying elections.

NORTH Korea’s barbaric prisons have been revealed as inmates disclose how they were routinely tortured and starved with some forced to dig their own graves.

It has been known for at least 70 years that North Korea engages in human rights abuses, torture and murder. It is therefore irresponsible of the United States Government to allow it’s citizen to travel to North Korea.

Otto Warmbier’s death could have been prevented if there had been a Travel Ban to North Korea, therefore the US Government is Responsible for his death.
