Site owner is a “average Joe” independent registered voter. Comments posted on this site are typical of the type posted on Twitter, Facebook and discussed by “average Joe” Americans about news articles and political issues.
Comments that someone “sucks”, is an “idiot”, a “dumb ass”, “nuts”, “lunatic”, “POS”, “crook”, “criminal” or any other derogatory term, is just an opinion and is not to be taken literally or factually. Also, these terms are sometimes used as keywords likely to be used by people who are searching for articles which support their similar point of view. Some of the posts on this site are meant to be humorous, mixing news with satire.
Public Figures, especially those involved in politics, has the ability to negatively affect millions of people’s lives. The majority of posts on this site are in RESPONSE to Public Figures statements, actions, conduct and behavior which were seen by millions of people in news articles and videos. Site owner has a right to express opinions, to criticize “Public Figures” and a right to exercise Constitutional First Amendment Rights to Freedom of Speech.

Trump claiming he supports Freedom of Speech is a lie, as proven by the Tufts University student (Rumeysa Ozturk) who was arrested and put in jail for over a month for expressing her opinion by writing an op-ed which the Trump regime didn’t like. This would be used as evidence if the Trump Regime tries to arrest or sue the owner of this site for expressing opinions and is an example of how Trump and Republicans are destroying Democracy, Liberty and Freedom in the United States and turning our county into an UN-LIVABLE, Anti-Democratic, Restrictive, Fascist HELL HOLE where laws and the United States Constitution are being violated with impunity.

The above is an example of how Trump and his cronies exercises their Freedom of Speech by posting derogatory statements about people who said and did things they didn’t like… “the enemy of the people” , “the radical left”, “lunatics”, “psycho” , “crooked”, “deranged”, “blithering idiot” , “POS” and every type of derogatory name imaginable. Per Wikipedia, Trump has made thousands of false or misleading claims and statements about people with no regard for the damages it caused.
Therefore, he’s got a lot of nerve complaining about derogatory opinions about him. Any attempt by Trump to sue or unlawfully arrest / detain someone for expressing an opinion which he doesn’t like would prove he engages in double standards hypocrisy of exercising HIS First Amendment Rights while attempting to deny others THEIR First Amendment Rights and his derogatory statements about others could be used as evidence.
The same would be true for anyone who attempts to sue this site for derogatory statements. Site owner would conduct extensive searches for instances of negative statements made by litigant / plaintiff about others.
Defamation claims have repeatedly been dismissed as courts reaffirm that opinions are constitutionally protected and reaffirmed opinions as a valid defense to individuals or organizations sued for libel. Other relevant factors involving liable includes the burden of proof that actual damages were suffered or reputations damaged as a result of statements made. This site receives a very small number of views per months due to search engines giving page 1 – 5 search results to large corporate sites such as the Washingtonian Post & New York Times. Most of the pages on this site receives less than less than 100 views per month, therefore this site does not have the ability to influence public opinion what-so-ever. The majority of people who visits this site are looking for articles & videos which fit their similar point of view.
Trump, Republican congressmen and State level Republican Politicians has relentlessly made claims that “Trump Won the 2020 election” and the Election was “Rigged” and “Stolen” with no proof, when facts show it was REPUBLICANS who attempted the steal and overturn the 2020 election from the majority who voted for Biden. Republicans have proven, FACTS and LAWS MEAN NOTHING to them by supporting Trump no matter what, failing hold Trump accountable & to call out / denounce his “Big Lie”. If a President of the United States can lie and say anything he wants with no proof and no accountability… ANYONE should be able to say anything they want with no proof and no accountability. This is another point which will be made if someone makes the mistake of trying to sue the owner of this site.
Since this site is an Opinions Blog, most of the content is created by 3rd party sources, the owner is unknown with no following and site reaches a small audience, damages would be impossible to prove. Therefore, any attempt to sue the owner of this site would clearly be “Legal Harassment”.
Like Patrick Henry once said; ‘Give me Freedom of Give me Death! We will not ‘cave’ or be silent, or cowards like ABC, CBS and others.
Our response to any lawsuit threats would be similar to the Lincoln Project.
Any lawsuit threat would bring more attention to this site because it would immediately reported to news media organizations worldwide. Attorneys & representatives of site owner would appear on national news networks to expose details of harassment suit filer / plaintiff engaged in. Ads may also be ran exposing harassment on the internet, billboard signs and on TV.
If an attorney were to attempt to take action against the owner for content on this site, they would be engaging in Legal Harassment and attempting to infringe upon site owner’s First Amendment Rights. The site owner would counter-sue the suit originator, attorney and law firm representing suit originator (as per Anti-SLAPP laws) and file complaints to the Bar Association of the opposing Attorney(s) and their law firm.
If a lawsuit were to cause site owner to receive harassment, threats and emotional stress from followers / supporters of person filing suit, such threats and emotional stress would be documented and added to counter-suit for additional damages. Those initiating threats would be identified, sued, reported to law enforcement for criminal prosecution and reported to the news media.
Attorneys are available to defend Freedom of Speech for free. American Civil Liberties Union and Civil Rights Attorneys have offered free legal services to protect and defend Freedom of Speech. Organizations such as Geller Law Group and Protect Democracy have offered legal services “dedicated to preventing our democracy from declining into a more authoritarian form of government.”
Other legal help includes organizations such Whistleblower Aid (whistlebloweraid.org), National Whistleblower Center (whistleblowers.org) and EndPresidentialRevenge.org
Site owner would put together a “Dream Team” of volunteer attorneys from the ACLU, Civil Rights Attorneys and Democratic organizations to aggressively fight back anyone who harasses owner. Site owner would make the case a “Crusade to Defend Freedom of Speech“.
Site owner would research past & current lawsuits of anyone who tries to sue site owner and use past & current opposing litigants & witnesses to testify. Plaintiff, Associates, relatives and employees would be asked extensive questions in depositions. Experts seen in videos on this site would be called upon to testify. Site owner would research and expose lies, hypocrisy and any other information the public might be interested in learning about relating to the plaintiff, and report findings to the news media and top level Democrat officials for congressional investigations (if warranted).
This is only a sample of the aggressive response which would be employed if threatened.
