Kash Patel SUED Over Politically Motivated Firings
A group of FBI agents and investigators who had been fired by Director Kash Patel have now filed a suit against him for alleging removing them from the agency for their political beliefs. Patel allegedly told one of the people that he has nothing to worry about if he didn’t vote for Kamala Harris, and this happened shortly before the agent was removed. Firing agents without cause is against the agency’s own rules, and firing anyone for their political beliefs is a massive infringement of the First Amendment.
